劲霸是国内知名的时装品牌，其迁往上海的新总部占据了一栋全新的7层高的办公大楼。其中包括了行政、销售和设计部门，其中一楼和二楼为主接待区和会议中心，三至五楼为销售部和普通人员的办公室，六楼为高级人员办公室，七楼为拥有一个露台的设计区和工作间。为了使一切的空间活动成为一个整体，设计师通过各楼层中一系列的开放式视觉设计，将所有空间联系在一起。前后办公区域的玻璃隔断也强化了这种视觉的通透性，为工作和其他活动的开展营造了一个动态的充满活力的环境。企业标志性的红色和图案地突出运用进一步增强了企业形象的识别度。
K-Boxing is a Chinesefashion brand thatrelocates their headquarter to Shanghai.Occupying a brand new 7 storey officebuilding for their administration, sales anddesign activities, the headquarter isorganized vertically into main reception andconference centre on Levels 1 and 2, salesand general office on Levels 3 to 5,executive offices on Level 6, and designand workshop with an outdoor deck onLevel 7. In order to unite all these activities,the project involves creation of visuallyconnected volume of spaces with a series ofopenings through the floors. This is alsoreinforced with visual transparency betweenthe front office and back office with glasspartitions, creating a dynamic and energeticenvironment for work and social activities.Use of a strong corporate red color andpowerful graphics further add to the identityof this corporation.

林伟而 WILLIAMLAM
毕业于美国康内尔大学，获得建筑系硕士及学士学位，于1993年正式成为香港思联建筑设计有限公司的董事总经理，在室内设计及建筑界获得多个亚洲奖项。此外，他还活跃于艺术界，尤其在公共艺术、摄影和绘画等方面颇有造诣。
